OL 2002: Operation Failed Error when send/rec frm POP3 Account

Hi,
I get an error pop "Operation Failed" when I F9 or click
send/receive. This has happened before with Outlook 2002
and I followed advice to patch to SP3 and create new
profile, all was well for about 2 weeks then it happens
again.

KB has only similar problems which suggested the two
actions above.
Running OL 2002 SP3 on Win XP SP1

Any help appreciated....
