I upgraded from OL 2002. The junk filter works fine but I
have a few rules that move emails sent through specific
accounts to their folders. When I get junk email it first
goes into the junk filter then the rules move the
messages from the junk email folder to their specific
folders.
I have tried running the "Move" rule first, middle and
last. Is there a way to turn Off the rules for the Junk E-
mail folder in OL2003?
I check three accounts simultaneously
so the built-in junk filter is catching about 97% of the
spam in my "Main" Inbox but in the other two account
folders I am getting 100% of the spam.
While downloading email I can see the email hitting that
Junk E-mail folder first and then it gets moved by the
rules. I have upgraded the rules thinking this might help
but it did not.
