OL 2003 & Exchange 2003 - Public folders show different permissions at server & client!

This message was originally posted on Exchange NG. I finally found that the
permission problem only affected OL 2003 clients.
Is this a known issue and already has a remedy?
Thanks a million

Are the clients running cached Exchange mode? If so, you might try disabling
cached mode, then deleting the OST file stored on the local machine. Then
re-enable cached Exchange mode.

Patricia;
The problem just got worse!
I found no OST file in my own machine.
I disabled CACHE mode in my machine, reloaded OL 2003 client.
Now I cannot reply to anyone even in our own organization. The message was
"You do have sufficient permission to perform the operation on this
subject....!!!"
As soon as I enabled Exchange Cache mode and reload OL, it works fine!
Any one experienced this problem before?
Thanks!

Bill
