Scenario - brand new Dell desktop PCs, Windows XP
Professional installed, Office 2003 installed.
Go to Tools, Options in Outlook 2003 in order to set the
mail tracking options or mail format (use Word as editor)
and I find that these options are greyed out.
This is even the case where the locally logged in user is
a local administrator on the machine.
Advice or assistance greatly appreciated.
