We have a user when she is in Outlook is having a variety of problems: 1)
she cannot copy and paste a graphic between e-mail messages. The format is
HTML. However, I can login as her on another pc and this works fine. 2) she
cannot create new appointments or edit existing appointments -- nothing
happens when clicking "new appointment" and when double-clicking to open an
existing appointment, nothing happens (no errors), selecting right-click and
open produces the error "can't open item". Again, logging her in on another
pc, this does not happen.
We have replaced her pc, we have deleted and recreated her network profile,
but this does not correct the problem. We have not deleted and recreated her
mail profile via Control Panel because OL works normally on other pc's. Any
suggestions? Thank you.
