OL 2007 Calendar doesn't show

I have a user who had a second calendar listed on the left side selector
bar in addition to the main calendar. She deleted the 2nd calendar but
it also removed her original calendar. She managed to "find" the
original calendar, but now when she opens OL, there isn't a chevron on
the right on the Calendar tab, so she can't get to the calendar from
there. If she opens a shared calendar on the left side list, then her
calendar shows up on the left under Calendar, as it always should.

Anyone have any suggestions to resolving this?

The date and time was Wednesday, May 27, 2009 6:41:33 PM, and on a whim,
Diane Poremsky [MVP] pounded out on the keyboard:
Where is the original calendar? go to folder list (ctrl+6) and look for it.

I just heard back from the user. A drop-down list opens but nothing is
there. The only way she can get to her calendar is to open a shared
calendar first. Then her calendar appears.

Thanks,

Diane,

I was able to look at the users laptop. When I pressed Ctrl 6, the
folder list appeared. There was a Calendar listed at the top but it is
an empty calendar, with no checkbox. The only way to bring up the users
calendar is to first click on a shared calendar, THEN the users calendar
appears in the list.

Any way to straighten this out?

Do you not have any further suggestions, or should I repost the question?

I exported the "phantom" calendar and imported it into the empty
calendar. Then I deleted the phantom. Now there is only one calendar.
