OL 2K hangs in Win 2003 AD

We just upgraded our Win2K AD domain to Win 2003 AD and
now Outlook 2000 hangs on exit on all users PC's. The
Exchange server is Ex 2000 and is not on a DC. All DC's
are also GC's. All apps, including Outlook, seem fine
until you exit Outlook. The executable hangs and has to
be terminated with task manager. Any ideas?
