OL 2K2's: how to remove sender from Junk Mail list?

I added Reuter's to my Junk Mail Sender list and now want to remove
them from that list.

I've checked the Rules Wizard Junk Email Rule List and they are not
present there. I've also checked the other rules with no luck.

So were else would I look to allow Reuters Newsletters to come through?
