I have a user whose Outlook 2003 installation is not
moving items from the outbox to sent items. The items are
being sent and received, but are not being moved.
He did not have over 16k worth of items in his sent item
box, but I cleared them and moved them to the hard drive
anyway. I also cleared all the stuck items from the
outbox and it has not fixed the problem.
The only article I have been able to find that is similar
to this was in regards to OL 2000. It had mentioned
changing the max table size, but that option doesn't seem
to be available in 2003.
Does anyone have any insight? BTW, I did check the
options to ensure that the "move to sent" option was set.
