OL 97 V.8.04.5619 HTML in messages

I don't see HTML in messages I receive. I know they were
sent in HTML and other recipients (using other email
clients) see them in HTML. I just see the text. I have
use MS Word as editor (I saw an article that suggested
this as a solution). Any help?

Outlook 97 does not support HTML. HTML support was introduced in Outlook
98.
