OL attachments stalling

User with XP SP2 OL 2007 SP1

When user goes to attach documents to emails she is getting a lingered
response time. taking some time close to 15-20 minutes to get respose. She
is attaching documents that range in size 11kb - 40kb...

Any thoughts???

Start Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe") which will *not*
load any installed add-ons to Outlook.
