I have a recurring meeting, twice a month, day/date always different.
The request is sent to 14 individuals.
I need to send invites to all 24 meetings at one time, some of the
recipients have requested they accept only 1 invitation, not 24. It is a
mandatory meeting, they don't have the option to accept or reject, but it
needs to populate their personal calendars, alerting them of any conflicts.
Does anyone have a way of making this happen with only one acceptance?
