OL07 Picture Quality Horrid!

When adding pictures into my emails in OL07, the picture quality is
terrible, and the picture size seems to be different than the original. How
do I get the pictures to look like the original file? Or is there something
wrong with my machine? I have already re-installed outlook, and the problem
won't go away.
