Picture in signature in Outlook 2007

Hello!

I'm trying to insert a picture in my signature, however Outlook increases
the size of it, so the picture doesn't look good. And seems I can't reduce
the image size, only manually, after it was already inserted into an email.
How so I keep the original image size?
