OL2000 getting rid of "MS Update mail"

I have started making a filter using information from the header
information.

right click message | options, read 'return path address' and putting
the domain only in the filter in 'specific words in message header.

Works great, these go to permanent delete and gets around the fact
OL2000 wont look inside htlm messages.

Is there a way to make a list of these offending domains rather than
making individual rules? The junk rule list won't send to permanent and
using the suspected junk setting requires I reset it every time I add to
the junk list.
