OL2000 SP-3 Client Issue

T

Tom Perot

New employee @ company. Changed POP3 info on client to
reflect new employee's name. OL2000 client is connected
to Ex 5.5 server.

The problem is that when a new message comes in, the user
can only read it if she clicks on the pop up notification
and answers Yes. If she states No, it is not listed in
her Inbox.

1. I have asked to make sure that "filter applied" is not
listed in the far left corner. It is not.
2. I have asked her to check and see what the View >
Current View is. It is set to Messages.
3. If she goes to View > Current View and changes to
Unread Messages, the new messages are there.

In the past, when Messages is the Current View, read and
unread messages have been listed.

Any ideas? I have not seen this issue before.

Thanks
Tom
