OL2000 - Using Find brings up old information in contacts

User made a change to a contact record and saved it. The changes are
reflected when you open the record and in the address card view but when user
locates the record using the find dialogue, the old information is displaying
in the find results. The old information is also displaying in a custom
view. User has tried to refresh and has closed outlook and restarted even a
reboot of the workstation doesnt refresh the find result or the view.

If I look look at these contact record from a machine using Outlook 2002 the
view and find are displaying the correct information.
