Clients and I have noticed that new mail, where the Send button was clicked,
went
to the Outbook outbox, but didn't leave the outbox. And, the font changed
from
italics to normal font. After opening and clicking send again, the font
changed
to italics and the mail was actually sent when Tool > SentAll was clicked.
But on occasion, we have seen the mail in the outbox change from italics to
normal without any clicking or mail send-receive. What is going on?
