OL2002 shutdown on new calendar item

Using Outlook 2002 SP3 on XP Pro. Recently I started getting "Outlook
has encountered a problem..." shutdowns whenever I tried to save
either a new contact or new calendar item. After installing SP3 and
all other current Office patches, I can create contacts, but any new
calendar item still brings the crash. My .PST is ~170 MB.

I've tried:

- Remove & reinstall
- Delete FRMACACHE.DAT
- New profile

Any other suggestions?
