Thank you for reading my post.
For some reason, when I read some e-mails I'd previously sent or received, I
see that the "Outlook Read Mail" toolbar has moved above the menu bar. If I
try to put it back below the menu bar and close the e-mail, it's back above
it the next time I open the e-mail, even a second later.
Rich Text is my default format, and I use MS Word to edit e-mails and to
read Rich Text e-mail messages.
I mention that because I saw KB items #187831 (for OL98) and #257339 (for
OL2000), which said to Customize the toolbar (such as by adjusting the
email.dot template) in Word directly. Only thing is, I couldn't find this
toolbar in Word, so I couldn't see how to adjust it there.
Do you have any insight or ideas to help me with this nuisance? Thanks so
