OL2003: Add to Junk domain ?

Is there a button that allows you to "add sender's domain
to the junk e-mail list"? I can't find such a button.
If there isn't one, there should be.

How do I make one (I am totally ignorant about macros)?

HAAK, don't know if this is the same thing or not, but there is an "Add
Sender to Blocked Senders List" button that you can add to your toolbar.
Here's how:

Tools > Customize > Commands > Categories: Actions.
Locate Add Sender to Blocked Senders List and drag it to your toolbar.
Close the Customize dialog box.
