OL2003 - Junk email still getting through

I have set my junk email settings in OL2003 to the most stringent - Safe
Senders List, international domains and encodings blocked - and junk is still
getting through. What else can I do to stop the spam?

enable spam filtering on the mail server, if your isp provides the service.

I think I'll try the tips listed here:

I didn't think about the possibility of them invisibly spoofing my own
address. I'll let you know if it helps.
