We've received a complaint where somone copied attachments from a message in
his inbox and pasted them into a new message, composed the message and sent
it. The recipient of the e-mail called saying that he had rec'd the message
with 3 attachments which were all the same, but named differently.

Steps to recreate:
1-Open an HTML or Plain Text message with 2 or more attachments from your
inbox
2-Select all attachments and copy (using either Ctrl+C or right click and
select copy)
3-Close the message and answer "Yes" to the prompt about making data
available
4-Create a new message (any format) and paste the attachments into the body
of the message and send to yourself
5-Open the message from yourself and view the attachments. The first
attachment will be correct, but each subsequent attachment will bear the
correct file name be is in fact a duplicate of the first attachment.

Work Around:
Paste the copied files into the new message before closing the message from
which you copied
