OL2003 - Keeps going offline...

I have a few systems here where outlook keeps going offline for some reason.
The network connection is solid and has tested good with a cable tester,
plus when it does it other things remain connected properly (messenger,
internet explorer can browse just fine etc). When I select to go back online
it prompts for a username password yet nothing with this users account has
changed, the password is not close to expiration. I enter the username and
password and it connects back up.

Any ideas?
