Hi Guys,
I have a client who is running OL2003 with a POP3 account
from his isp. His OL2003 freezes and comes up with not
responding in task manager when he tries to open it
before he has connected to the internet. You can see the
emails in his inbox while it is frozen. Once the
internet connection is established, it works fine. It
sometimes comes up with an error and asks if I want to
start Outlook in safe mode.
I have run the repair tool a couple of times and the
account is not leaving a copy on the server, so all the
emails are being stored locally. I have removed all
programs from the startup dir so there is only MS
software in there. I have also run spybot and antivirus.
Any ideas?
