Give me any clue if anyone has encounter the similar problem too.
The reading pane is not displayed for the emails in the Inbox when it is
selected (emails in other folders for example "Deleted items" are OK with the
Reading pane).
This happens when I have multiple mailboxes open - that can be set in the
Mailboxes property "Open these additional mailboxes:".
(I also use a custome form, an add-in program.)
