OL2003, sending from one address only?

I am transitioning to a new email address. I currently have both addresses
set up to send an receive mail. I would like to send from only my new
address. However, when I reply to an email sent to my old address, it
automatically puts in the old address as the sender (me). Is there a way to
change this to my new address? Automatically, I hope?

if the old isp allows you to send with any address, you can change the
address in tools, accounts - double click on the account. If they force you
to use the address assigned to the server, fill in the Reply address field
for the account - in the More Settings dialog.

Sorry, I guess I didn't make myself clear. When I rx a message addressed to
my old address, I want to reply to the sender from my new address. However,
when I hit the Reply button, the reply that is created has the old address as
the sender. Can I change this address in the reply?

Ms. Poremsky,

I must apologize to you. I did not understand the solution you
provided for my problem. I looked at the account settings and couldn't
figure out how to make it work. However, I happened to check your website
and found the complete explanation of the solution here:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/replyaddress.htm.
I applied all the the settings provided here and have obtained the solution
to my problem. Thank you so much.
However, I must say that, IMHO, it is quite a convoluted solution to a
seemingly simple problem. Another fine example of Microsoft's user
friendliness.
