OL2K assistance changing level 1 attachments

I am running Office 2000 Standard (no Access). Consequently, Outlook
considers .mdb attacments to be a level 1 attachment and blocks them.
The following article was helpful if I wanted to add additional extensions
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837388/EN-US/) but I'm trying to do the
opposite and allow .mdb files in. Might someone be able to tell me the place
in the registry to do so?
