OLAP access denied in Portfolio Analyzer

I encounter the error saying the OLAP does not exist or I do not have access
to it. I have already set the permissions at analysis services level and in
project server. The OLAP definitely exist because I managed to use Portfolio
Analyzer view on other machines which I have setup in a similar manner. It is
just my machine which cannot access the Portfolio Analyzer view
