Hi all,
i´m trying to figure out some details about the olap architecture of msps
2007, maybe someone can help me with this questions.
1. It seems to me that there is only one core-datawarehouse, no data marts!?
2. The data warehouse schema is a star schema?
3. Is it possible to add user-defined cubes in addition to the existing ones?
4. Is it possible to generate a hierarchy as it is done for the time
dimension manually? For example I would like to create a dimension location,
which looks like that: country->federal state->city .
