I just encountered this puzzling problem. I was out of the
office last week and the OLAP cube did not run the entire
time (it's set to run every night at 1:00 AM). On a whim,
I had one of the Network Admins restart the server and,
viola!, the OLAP cube ran.
Here's the twilight-zone part: The cube did not run last
night as it's set to do. Restarting the server every day
so the OLAP cube will run is not a feasible option.
Has anyone else encountered this peculiar feature of MS
Project?
Thanks,
