OLAP cube not accessible to the Groups - Project Manager or Executive

The OLAP cube is being built and as an Admin I can access the
Porfolio Analyzer and see the reports I created.

However, the Project Managers cannot access the web pages.

They get an error that they do not have access the Web Page.

I checked all the security access settings

Under Manage Security

Under the Categories My Organization and My Projects
the Portfolio views are listed

Where else should I check?

This is the message the Project Managers get when they try to view
the Porfolio Analyzer views

Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube. The
cube may not exist, or you may not have permissions to access the cube.

There are no Portfolio Analyzer views to display. The Microsoft Project
Server administrator has not assigned any Portfolio Analyzer Views for you
to view. Contact your Microsoft Project Server administrator to get
permission to view Portfolio Analyzer views.

This is a solution for 2002. I have not tried it on 2003
yet. We found that any user whom was not a Domain
Administrator on the server was not able to view the
Portfolio Analyzer (no matter who they were logged in
as). After we followed the following steps, they were
able to view the Portfolio Analyzer (no longer received
the OLAP error).

Add the Windows User Account to the cube in Analysis
Manager
Note The Windows User Account contains individuals who
create the Portfolio Analyzer View, but who need
permissions to connect to the Analysis Manager and to the
OLAP cube.
1. On the server that has Analysis Services
installed, click Start, point to Microsoft SQL Server,
point to Analysis Services, and then click Analysis
Management.
2. In the left pane, locate your Analysis Services
server, and then expand the server.
3. Right-click the cube, and then click Manage Roles.

Tip You can find the name of the cube on the Updates to
Resource Tables and OLAP Cube page in Microsoft Project
Web Access.
4. Click New, and then type a name in the Role name
box. Change the Enforce on option from Client to Server.
5. On the Membership tab, click Add.
6. Select user accounts and groups, click Add, and
then click OK.
7. On the Cubes tab, click Check All, and then click
OK.
8. Click Close, and then click Exit on the Console
menu.
