OLAP cube not working in Office 2003

We have a cube created in a 2000 Server and it works with Office XP,
now we tried running the cube in a workstation with Office 2003 and is
not working. Please let me know if any idea.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean Project Server 2000 and 2003,
or Office XP? We need more information. What isn't working?

The cube was created using Analysis server in a Windows 2000 server;
when the cube was access thru a workstation using Microsoft Office
2003 the OLAP shortcut no longer worked.
Only in the worstations with Microsoft Office 2000.
I need to know if I need to install a component in the upgraded
workstation so it will continue working.

Hi Claudia,

generally you should have not problems accessing the OLAP cube with either
version. I presume that you had some kind of shortcuts to access the OLAP
Cubes which dont work anymore. In this case you will need to create a new
connection from Excel 2003 to the Analysis Services. Once you have
established a new connection, you should be able to access your cube again.
