olap cube - portfolio analyzer fails at startup

Get the message - Unable to access the Microsoft Office
Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube. Tried recreating
cube, migrating repository, complus utility. No go!!!

Once you have built the cube, you need to add a role or roles and add users
to the role or roles. Have you done that? If not, refer to the installation
guide for instructions.
