OLAP Cube Update

I ran the OLAP cube from my PC yesterday, but today when I
went over to another users PC who has the same
access....there wasn't anything there. Does each person
have to update the OLAP cube or once updated everybody
should be able to see the results?

What do you mean by 'ran the OLAP cube' ? You are updating the cube or
viewing it in Portfolio Analyzer ?

Anyway, 3 things to check. First is the user has given permission in
Project Server to view it, second the user has a valid credential to
access the Analysis Server. Third, make sure the Office Web Components
is installed.

I added the user to the OLAP Administrator group and now
he can see the Portfolio Analyzer. Now I have another
question. This same person is an administrator in PWA
just like myself. I create some views in Portfolio
Analyzer and he sees them but he's unable to use the
filters. Any ideas?

Hi Frank,

In the future, I would recommend posting new questions at the highest level,
because you will have a greater audience to support you.

Make sure the person has Windows XP or better on their computer. Then, they
should be able to use the filters.
