OLAP Differences

I built a timesheet view in Analyzer and am comparing the results from this to a time card view I created under PWA's Resources/View Resource Assignments function. For a resource I have 9 hours on a project for a specific day but in the Analyzer timecard view I created it shows 13 hours for the resource on that same day. I verified that the total time for the resource on the project was 9 hours. I checked the project plan and found the entry to be 9 hours as well. I republished the task and then manually kickoff a build of the OLAP table. Still there is a difference.

Does anyone know why there would be a difference for it seems to me they should be exact? And how do I correct the OLAP table to reflect what the Project Plan and Resource timecard PWA view shows?

Thanks

John:

What version of Project/Project Server are you using? What is your latest
patch or SP level?

I've the same problem. We are using project server 2002 SP1 and project prof. sp1
There is 50,000 hours difference between project plan in the project prof. and OLAP cube. Also MSP_VIEW_ tables have same values within the OLAP Cube. For recovery this error, we delete all the values in the the MSP_VIEW tables for the projects that have wrong values. After that we publish all information and nothing changed.
