old license

i bought a toshiba laptop back in "97". it came complete with "office 95" (i
think?).
i want to sell the laptop in a garage sale but want to be able to transfer
this old license with it. is there a way to do this, or do i need to delete
this software off of the laptop?

Unless you have possession of the original Office 95
CD, Product Key, and supporting documentation, you
cannot transfer the license to another party.
