Old OLAP data after copy database, editsite, pscleaner, importprojects, build new cube

To create an extra environment for the customer, with the same
settings as the current, I took the following steps:

- copy ProjectServer database to 'ProjectServer0809'
- create a Project Server Site using editsite, called it
'ProjectServer0809'
- delete all Enterprise Projects and Resources using PSCleaner tool
- delete some enterprise projects which still showed up in 'Clean
Database' in PWA/Admin
- import projects
- build a cube with a new name ('Default0809')

To my surprise, this Cube shows data from the previously deleted
projects.
What did I do wrong?
How can I correct my mistake?

Assumming that the SQL server and Analysis Server remained the same. You
need to change the names of the OLAP cube in each one of the Portfolio
Analyzer Views on the PWA admin page.
