old webpages

i am publishing a new site, and there are somehow links,
showing up from a search, that lead to pages in the old
site. It is like the old one wasn't replaced. And we
have since gotten new computers and the one that the
original web was built on is no longer avaliable, so i
can't just delete the pages.

Try emptying the browser cache to see if this will do the
trick.

Open the site in FrontPage and do a Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.
