Old Word 2003?

My version of Word is old (2003). Is it possible to get help for it here and, if so, where should I post questions about it? Also I want to know if I can post images (screenshots) here without having to first upload them to an image site.

All queries are welcome, don't worry if your version has been superseded. Regarding how to share images, as you have already found out you can upload an image directly to your post without needing to use an intermediary image site (ie, using the 'Upload a File' button when making a post).
