Older Version of the Dreamweaver Publish FrontPage Web Extension?

Does anyone have an older version of the Dreamweaver Publish FrontPage Web
Extension?

I need one that works on DW 4 - perhaps version 1.0.0? The current download
from Macromedia is causing problems on my clients rig running DW 4, while
the older one worked fine.
