OLE Automation wiht MS Picture Manager

I need to display a JPEG file in MS Picture Manager using OLE Automation. My
VB application will need to create an object, pass it a JPEG file name and
invoke a method to display the image in MS Picture Manager.

I appreciate any input / ideas, or if you have an actual VB code sample.

I think you can implement this by using ShellExecute API
