OLE Bound objects

Hello,

Does anyone know how to insert an object into a OLE Bound
frame using VB. I know that I can right click on the
object and then select insert object, but I want to have a
command button that will insert the object and then open
Microsoft Word so the user can edit the document. I can't
seem to find any documentation on how to do this. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
