I have read about custom show via the PPT help feature but can't find any
articles on OLE. However, I have created presentations using both and have
an idea how they work. Is there an article that compares the two approaches?
I assume personal preference prevails when deciding which method to use.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I have a couple of questions regarding OLE. I understand that if I don't
check "link," the object won't be updated when changes are made to the
original. Is the object then being referred to as "embedded?" I realize
that the last slide of the object connects back to the slide that contains
the object (kick-off slide). Is there a way that I can arrange for the show
to end automatically without going back to the kick-off slide?
Appreciate advice.
