OLE Registration Error

Working on a Win 98 Second Ed. box running Office 2000
Premium. When upgrading to IE6 SP1, I started having
trouble with the Internet Explorer. So I rolled back to a
previous version, which in turn caused the 'OLE
Registration Error' in Outlook 2000. Re-Installed IE6
SP1, with no change... any suggestions?
