OLE Server? Cannot open Access Database

When I try and open Access, I get this error message:

A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was
communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control.

Close the OLE server and restart it outside of Microsoft
Access. They try the original operation again in
Microsoft Access.

Any suggestions? I already tried a repair of Office, it
didn't work.

Hi Matthiew

You could have some missing references.

From any modules, click on Tools and References. Any missing reference will be
prefixed by the word MISSING. SImply uncheck the MISSING ones.
