OLE Server error

Sarah

We have a database which was designed under version 97
and had a form which, when opened, was able to display a
GIF image that was located in another folder. Since we
converted it to Access XP/2002, we get OLE server error -
asking us to reregister or reinstall the OLE server.
Can you offer any advice at all?
We do not run Norton Antivirus on our network.

thank you

This is terrible. We also have a table with hyperlink
fields that link to microsoft excel files. The same
error message is appearing that the database cannot
communicate with the OLE server or activex control.
Help is required please!! We use MS Access 2000.
