OLE server isn't registered

Hello Expert,

I have a problem when I try to create a Unbound OLE in my form to display an
image. Access asks me to select Object Type from its list. When I select
Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0 Photo, It displays "The OLE server isn't
registered.". Actually, No matter what Object Type I select, This message is
displayed everytime. What should I do, please ?
