OLE Server Isn't Registered

When I try to add the Common Dialog Control to a form, I get this message:

The OLE Server Isn't Registered. To register it, reinstall
it. (Or something similar to that).

How do I go about it?

To use the common dialog control you need to have the
Access developers pack installed on your PC. Otherwise
you need to improvise using the windows API.

I can send you something that works just fine for
launching the File->Open dialog box. I don't have any
information on the other aspects of the dialog box.

Unfortunately I didn't keep the URL with the information,
but if you want the code just let me know. Post your
response and email here I will send it to. I don't put my
email out here anymore. I am getting ~500 pieces of
junkmail a week from one of the nasy viruses.
