OLE server isn't registered.

When I try and put ACMonthViewCtrl Class into a form, I receive the following
error:

OLE server isn't registered.
To registe the OLE server, reinstall it.

I have tried everyway I can think of to reinstall it including removing
Access and reinstalling everything. Nothing works. Does anyone know how to
reinstall the OLE server?
